• Go to www.nelsoncpr.com
• Click on the “Make a Payment” tab.
• Complete the form.
• In the comments section, please write the:

1. Type of certification, e.g. CPR/AHA/BLS, CPR, First Aid, or both.
2. Location of the class.
3. Date of the class.

• Submit the payment.
• You will receive an email receipt.
• We will send you a new card.
